Workshop is designed to help caregivers such as grandparents, aunts/uncles, siblings, babysitters and family friends feel more comfortable while caring for children and adults with Type 1 Diabetes.

Workshop for those with diabetes who are ready to go off to college and how to manage their diabetes while at school

• Adjusting to dorm life (roommates, cafeteria, health office).

• Sick day management away from home.

• Drugs, alcohol & sex safety.

• Q & A with current college students who have diabetes.
